We retreated, now we’re moving forward!

We gave each other permission slips, learned how to spill our guts, streamlined our online lives, parsed the markets, discovered chapbooks, and shared our work. Did I mention we ate, drank wine, ate some more, imbibed truths and courage?

The 2010 Jane’s Stories Fall Retreat was a smashing success, and I am grateful for all the hard work everyone–the workshop leaders and participants alike–put in to inspire us all.

Now the Janes are off to see if we can conquer NaNoWriMo–yes, that’s right, we’re going to write 50,000 words in one month and have fun doing it. Join us at http://www.nanowrimo.org. Make me your buddy–look for wilddove, and you’ll see other Janes in my buddy list.
